Undertake and support sustainable programs to improve the livelihood of the people living in rural area and contribute minimizing socio-economic and health inequalities.  

Mission
a) To provide primary healthcare to the low income population in the rural community;
b) To set up and operate community based primary healthcare centers following the social business principles;
c) To ensure quality healthcare at affordable cost;
d) To support and contribute establishment of other health facilities/institutions;
e) To minimize inequalities in healthcare between urban and rural;
f) To undertake rescue operations and provide emergency healthcare to the victims during natural calamities;
g) To provide financial support to the borrowers, employees of Grameen Bank (GB) and their families;
h) To invest and participate for establishing health related social business and other businesses/projects  for the benefit of low income population;
i)  To support and assist in research and experimentation to improve the conditions of the poor;
j) Creating self employment opportunities through Youth Entrepreneur Investment Program.
