SB Uganda?

We are researching a social business concept in Uganda.  In part we are creating a self sustaining village in Uganda that may be replicabale in other parts of Uganda. THere are many components that can be an individual business plan (drilling wells, providing electricity, health care, agriculture, vocational training with market place, etc.). Can you provide insights to the development of a social buisness in Uganda?
