will include Hotels & Accommodations, Transportation, and Food.

Hotels and Accommodation

When choosing your hotel, please be aware that you will be able to enjoy a discounted price on the
hotels mentioned in the given link, although you are not obligated to stay at those
hotels. 

Transportation

Regarding transportation, buses will arrive at the hotels mentioned in the given link and specific points that are included in the map. If you chose a hotel that has not been mentioned there, then please find and go to the nearest point. Transportation is fully free of cost. Also be sure to be prompt and get to the bus on time.

Food

On 28-29 July, Lunch and snacks will be available at the event venue on both days.
Lunch and snacks, both, are free of cost.
