A Refreshers Field level Training was held at Araihazar unit office of GTT on 23 August 2016 for the staff of Nobin Udoyokta-NU (New Entrepreneur) program. It was organized to enhance the capacity and skills of the employees. It was the 4th field level refreshers training, facilitated by Mr. Jayanta Kumer Basu (Team Leader, Social Business and Program Support) and assisted by Mr. Shymal Mitra (Coordibnator,Nobin Udyokta). Seven (7) employees were trained in total, four (4) from Bhulta and three (3) from Araihazar unit office under Narayanganj District.

 GTT makes sure that their employees are always well trained to get the best out of them. Along with regular in-house employee induction and trainings, field level training is also provided to bridge the gap between new and old skills.
