The 95th In-house Executive Social Business Design Lab of Grameen Telecom Trust (GTT) was held at its Social Business Learning Centre (SBLC) on 22 August, 2016. Today the business proposals from nineteen (19) Nobin Udyoktas (NU) 18 male and 1 female; were approved at the Design Lab. The highlight of today’s Design Lab was Ms. Jesmine Akhter, who despite being from a rural background had a clear understanding about business and also have a focused approach towards her dreams. The event was chaired by Ms. Jannat-E-Quanine (former general Manager, Grameen Bank.) The Social Business Team of GTT was also present at the Design Lab.
The total project agreements signed between GTT and NUs have reached to Two Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Three (2,753) which is the Hundred & Thirty Second (132nd) batch of Nobin Udyoktas. After the investment procedure Grameen Telecom Trust also makes sure that the NUs are well educated about the business strategies by providing them with proper guidelines and technical assistance.
